Accenture Operations - Procurement

By joining our internal Procurement team, you’ll work closely with operating and capability groups to obtain good commercial arrangements.  Here, you could be providing review and counsel on new offerings, supporting Accenture’s alliances and business process outsourcing services, developing package knowledge and ensuring contract agreements are upheld.   • Delivery of end to end contractor onboarding to offboarding process
  • Management of policy and procedures in-line with Accenture policies and guidelines
  • Main point of contact for vendor operational escalation (eg. Invoice and payment issues etc.)
  • Manage work between on-shore and off-shore (Dalian, China) teams and serve as initial point of escalation for off-shore team on day to day operational issues. 
  • Responsible for delivering and monitoring Background Check compliance in line with Accenture policy & standards
  • Escalation and management of policy exemptions to key internal stakeholders (i.e HR, Legal, Project Managers)
  • End to end management of legal compliance relating to contractors
  • Own and develop templates for internal circulation
  • Tracking documentation and approval management to ensure compliance is maintained
  • Provide general support to the greater team on procurement initiatives
Work experience: 
  • 2-3 years' experience in a document and process management role
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
  • Comfortable in managing critical policies, procedures and compliance measures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous and ever-changing environment;
  • High level of Microsoft Excel skills and other Microsoft suite;
  • Proven ability to follow and/or improve business process;
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
