We're looking for a proactive Complex Customer Service Specialist to manage difficult customer enquiries, customer and internal escalations, and process issues promptly and efficiently to the customer’s satisfaction. Reporting to the TIPT Delivery Manager, you'll be working with Enterprise customers to understand their requirements, interpret standard and bespoke orders and offer professional service for our Telstra IP Telephony product suite. We will be impressed by your passion to deliver both new services and modifications on to a high quality and on time.
Through your approach you will build customer advocacy by ensuring right first time and on time delivery, while meeting quality requirements across a high volume of concurrent implementations and escalations. You will also manage technical challenges by building and maintaining a depth of technical skills in the Telstra IP Telephony (TIPT) products (TIPT, SIP Connect , Enterprise Trunk, Skype for Business, TCCCP, TCCCG) with the capability to learn and support new products and ‘out of process’ customer requirements.
To be successful, you’ll bring: -
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Outlook)
- The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Telstra systems (highly advantageous)
