About the role
We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join us on a major infrastructure project in Adelaide, SA. This is a great opportunity to join a tier 1 constructor and an international engineering enterprise.
You will manage contractual disputes and risk mitigation, develop and mentor your commercial site team to ensure they deliver the commercial requirements of the project, ensure accurate and timely weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting of project costs, maintain registers and productivity on the project, whilst at all times adhering to Laing O'Rourke's safety policies & procedures.
You will have
Relevant qualifications in Commercial Law, Quantity Surveying or Engineering, leadership skills, and ideally 10+ years’ experience on large-scale building or civil projects with top-tier contractors. Experience with Management Contractors Contracts (MCC’s) preferred.
