About the Role

The opportunity has arisen to join Deloitte as a Technical Account Manager in our Cloud Infrastructure Consulting team. The role will be responsible for managing specific technical requirements for a client group and will support cloud based network projects.
As a Manager within our Technology, Strategy and Architecture practice, you will be expected to understand and apply Deloitte's methodologies for delivering our core services, design solutions and manage escalations where appropriate.
Responsibilities may include (but will not be limited to):
  • The development and management of client/stakeholder relationships
  • Problem and incident management ensuring that ensure SLA's are achieved and client expectations are met (or exceeded)
  • Supporting service transition for customers as services are added or removed
  • Maintaining a strong process of compliance, documentation and risk management
  • Ensuring quality and profitable services are performed to the agreed SLA
  • Attending client service review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes.
About You
We are looking for candidates with the following background and experience:
Must Have:
  • Supporting and managing AWS public cloud infrastructure environments
  • ITIL Experience - using an enterprise System Management tool like ServiceNow to deliver complex Incident, Problem, Request and Change management support services
  • DevOps experience from an ongoing operational support perspective
  • ITIL Certified - Foundation as a minimum
  • Supporting and managing Content Management Systems - SiteCore experience a nice to have
  • Supporting and managing API integration solutions - MuleSoft experience a nice to have
  • Supporting and managing Container based environments - OpenShift and Kubernetes a nice to have
  • Supporting and managing automated CI/CD environments - Terraform, Bamboo or equivalent experience nice to have
