We are looking for aClient Success Managerto join our team in Canberra to work on this exciting new initiative; and build a career for yourself within IBM.

What will you be doing?

  • Identifying and facilitating activities to improve the Agency’s understanding of the value and capabilities available to them through the contract
  • Working with the Agency to achieve and measure great outcomes
  • Using data to provide meaningful insights to the Agency and IBM
  • Facilitating contract governance and administration

What skills do you need?

  • The ability to quickly build strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels
  • A passion for business solutions
  • An aptitude for technology
  • A commitment to client success

What experience might you have?

  • A technical (e.g. Architect, Analyst, IT Project Manager) or business (e.g. Contracts, Asset or Business Development manager) background
  • 5+ years professional work experience

Due to the nature of this work, you must hold an Australian Citizenship and at least Baseline clearance at the time of applying for this role.
