The Information Management & Strategy team was established in 2012 to provide an Information Management & Strategy capability within CommSec IT, with a dedicated focus on information management that had not existed previously, supporting CommSec’s core strategic goal of growing the Business through true data driven decisioning. The team works very closely with the Customer Analytics & Insights team and the Product & Customer Experience team, as well as other relevant teams within the business and IT functions at CommSec.
