Due to the growth of our business and an expanded portfolio of projects, an exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Business Administrator to join our team.

As part of the Transport and Resources team, this role covers a broad range of skills relating to Business Administration.The primary focus of this role is to provide commercial, administrative and secretarial support to the Vic/SA Transport and Resources (T&R) group in collaboration with the other Business Administrators.

You will work under minimal or no supervision within a defined area of responsibility.In achieving this you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct administration support to the Vic/SA T&R leadership cohort and wider team, in collaboration with other Business Administrators.
  • Drive business support programs and initiatives across the Group as agreed with the Group and Team Leaders.
  • Rollout office-wide and regional business support programs across the BU as agreed with the Group and Team Leaders.
  • Management of correspondence and filing, general word processing and document preparation, including liaison with key personnel within the Group to ensure timely delivery of information.
  • Co-ordinate specific tender processes, including bid scheduling, compliance, and document production. Tenders will range from major multidisciplinary, multi-company infrastructure projects to small, technically-specific projects.

You will have demonstrated:

  • Relevant industry experience in Administration and bid coordination within a consulting business environment.
  • Experience with a document management system
  • Microsoft Office 2007
