About the role:
We are currently seeking interest from an experienced Residential Third Party Business Development professional looking to take the next step in their career. This role will provide an opportunity to move in to a management position providing coaching and development to the national sales team.
Reporting to the Head of Broker you will be part of the leadership team within the broker channel and will be responsible for providing a strong framework around BOQ's expectations, performance and goals.
This role offers exceptional career development for an experienced BDM with strong leadership and mentoring provided by management.
The role contributes to and executes the business plan helping to build and grow the broker sales channels to enhance cross sale opportunities; whilst building partnerships with the broker network, the aggregator state offices and internal stakeholders to ensure strong customer outcomes.
We are seeking proven knowledge across all aspects of lending approvals in the third party banking space with a strong understanding of retail sales, service and marketing, lending principles / credit assessment, and relevant legislation (AML, BCP, Privacy Act). Exceptional leadership and people management skills will be key to your success.
