Exciting opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Nurse to develop skills in the day to day management of the Nursery. In this role you will promote high quality clinical practices and patient care and support the management team within the nursery.
• Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg
• Permanent position, full time or part time, rotating roster
• Fantastic opportunity to join a Tertiary Public Hospital
• 61 bed “state-of-the-art” Neonatal Unit, comprising of a Level 6 NICU and Special Care Nursery
• Compliment and support the strategic direction and management within Neonatal Services
• Respond to and effectively manage the day to day operation of Neonatal Services
• Provide leadership and clinical support to the nursing team

Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 3 Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women’s health and associated health, support and diagnostic services. • Current Nurse / Midwifery Registration with AHPRA
• Graduate Certificate in Neonatal Intensive Care is a minimum requirement
• Extensive Neonatal Nursing experience
• Ability to act as a role model and resource person within Neonatal Services
