About the role:


As an Assistant Relationship Manager – Commercial you will enjoy assisting the Relationship Manager Executive and the Specialists by providing them with continuous support in managing their client base. This will include generating leads within the portfolio, structure finance and processing complete loans through to completion for our client base.


In this role you will need to complete pre- settlement requirements including Credit Checks, and commercial loan agreements as well as preparing credit submissions whilst ensuring that the approval conditions of the commercial loans are met therefore contributing to the efficient settlement of each deal. You will also be responsible for answering inbound enquiries and assisting in identifying opportunities for cross selling within the existing client base.





About you:


With previous finance experience, you will possess the ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives without supervision. In this role you will be responsible for liaising with clients and suppliers on a day to day basis and be in constant communication with Therefore, you will demonstrate proven ability to communicate with the broader business and a good understanding and knowledge of lending products.


The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate: 

  • Previous banking experience in an Assistant Relationship Manager or Assistant Relationship Executive
  • Had experience in the commercial lending space
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and effective time management
  • Confidence and flexibility to take on any task
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Degree qualified (preferred) 
  • Above all else, you will be a self-directed, motivated team player who is skilled at managing their time and workload.
