Enterprise Services (ES) is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business. We also use technology to drive efficient and timely processing, an essential component of great customer service.
The Technology Lead team is responsible for the application architecture, design, service ownership, lifecycle management and managing the resilience of CommInsure applications and technologies that deliver outcomes to our business partners.
Our team plays a key role in the design of solutions that meets our business partners needs and customer outcomes, and ensures it adheres to CBA standards for availability non-negotiables and security.
About the Opportunity
Manage the application lifecycle of systems and applications to meet the IT and Business Strategic objectives.
Define the operational performance, support and enhancement objectives of technology systems and applications, to ensure service resilience, agreed availability, capacity and functionality requirements meets the business unit requirements.
