Business and Private Banking Strategy & Operations which is responsible for the development and execution of the Business and Private Banking strategy. This team supports Business and Private Banking five lines of business (Corporate Financial Services, SME Banking, Regional and Agribusiness Banking, CommSec, and Commonwealth Private) as well as related product teams.

Business and Private Banking Strategy is responsible for managing Business and Private Banking strategic agenda and delivering thought leadership, partnering with the business to identify key growth opportunities, and driving the development of business strategies.

In a role where no two days will ever be the same you will identify growth opportunities and constraints and recommend innovative, considered and achievable solutions to the challenges faced by the business. You will also support strategy projects and provide insight and thought leadership regarding market developments and the competitive landscape.
