It's a fact. Employing a gender-balanced workforce is better for innovation, performance and culture.
According to a 2018 McKinsey report, companies in the top-quartile for gender diversity on executive teams were 21% more likely to outperform on profitability and 27% more likely to have superior value creation. Increasing opportunities for women is also the right thing to do.
